The vineyard includes a 1,100 sq. ft. farm worker “Rose Garden Cottage” at the edge of the vineyards. There is a second 1000 sq. ft. “Vineyard View Cottage” on the knoll overlooking the vineyards that is for owner use and will ultimately become the guest cottage for the new estate villa once it is completed.

The estate building site is located on edge of the 20 acre oak covered knoll overlooking the vineyards. The mostly level, “construction ready” site is easily reached from a paved driveway. An engineered mound septic system was completed in 1998. Power and phone service were brought to the site in 2000. A new 5,000 gallon water tank was installed in 2004, providing water service and a fire hydrant to the building site. Water comes from a 350 ft deep well, rated at over 100 gallons per minute.
